Not great - Account Executive Aircall Employee Review

- The exec team is LOST. There's a new CEO and vision for the company every 6 months - Extremely unpredictable. One day we're celebrating a good quarter and the next day there's layoffs - AEs are responsible for several non-sales functions like CS, onboarding etc. - The only way you will hit your number is by signing up anybody and everybody.. regardless of whether or not they're a good fit. And be prepared to chase after literal $30 per month deals to make that happen - The product has constant issues and lacks several basic features that many prospects would expect a phone solution to have.
