Pros
The product is fantastic and there are SO many ways the product can be run. My colleagues and equals were some of the best and brightest I’ve worked with at any tech company.
Cons
Leadership does not care about employees, their needs, or their clients beyond product offering. From a CS perspective, no processes are put in place to support the team and goals, making it extraordinarily difficult to provide best in class service to clients. The company has no idea how to run a revenue org, with unnecessary teams, murky swim lanes, and a sales team that has carte blanche to do and act how they wish in the belief it will “net a sale”. Also huge “white straight man” focused culture, with minorities, especially people of color often getting passed for opportunities time and time again.
