Having worked in tech industry for many years, I can vouch for Airtable employees as one of the most collaborative ones I have come across. Everyone has a focus to work towards the company growth and workplace toxicity is minimal to none. My collaboration is not only with peers but also senior leadership who are extremely grounded. Additionally, the leaders are very empathetic to personal situations and willing to step in as and when needed - there is no job above or beneath anyone in this company. This place is ideal for anyone who is willing to roll up the sleeves besides having the opportunity to contribute to the company strategy and vision.
Cons
Airtable has a high standard for hiring to ensure cultural fit, so the process can seem a bit long even with an extremely capable recruiting team. Not necessarily a con but encourage hiring managers to bake it into the plan.
