Pros
People at the branch level are wonderful. Everyone at the local level wants to do the right thing. Local Branches are customer focused and filled with great employees
Cons
Upper Management/C-suite needs to take a more thoughtful approach on how they interact with their employees, how they can support them and how to listen with understanding. There is never ending pressure on completing endless tasks that provide little to no value for the customer or even the bottom line. It seems upper management has a hard time understanding some of the industries they are invested in and Processes are created to justify their positions.
