Consistently put money before employees or customers. Executive management has little to no experience in the industry and does not listen to the corporate employees they hired based on experienece or the previously established location management. Policies meant to make money off of employees backs while lowering wages and benefits. Complete lack of business foresight. Consistenly make promises that are not followed through on.
