only good thing about this place is great coworkers.

You will only move up in this company if you shut up and agree to all the gold-plated train says (even if they are wrong 100%), that being said people who know absolutely nothing about the job get promoted leaving our teams with no support anywhere. Upper management continues to fail all of the employees over and over. The pay is horrible, we have been told about raises coming since December and nothing still. You can't ask questions that management can't answer or doesn't like, if you do, they will hold an office meeting to tell you how " we wish you wouldn't ask that" then go on for an hour blaming us all for your mistakes. The main thing here is secrecy, they don't tell you anything until the day of and everything is hush hush only for the favorites to know and those favorites tell everyone. IF you truly value your time and your worth do not come work here. We see people come in and leave within the first week. That being due to how management treats the employees.
