Pros

The pay and benefits are better than many other companies and Penny Wheeler does an excellent job at maintaining communication with all employees on the status of company related issues and goals.

Cons

The company structure is disjointed causing shortages on training and resources. Management is not strong. Little to no career advancement.

They offer a good benefit plan.

Cons

Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
