      Allina offers Excellent employee benefits My co-workers were the reason I worked every day. Pay is better than anywhere else in town.

      Cons

      Local managers are not interested in staff, don't listen or respond to needs of the team. Lack of support. Demand more more more.

      Benefits, separate PTO and sick time. Union. Life insurance. 401k (small match). Great coworkers, high quality care. Good management. Excellent upper management.

      Usual workplace politics and conflict. People are usually willing to listen and work through issues.
