Pros
The patients are wonderful, Doctors are spectacular!
Cons
The way internal employees are treated long term is shameful. Only 2% raises, if you promote, max pay increase is 8% above your prior internal position, "due to budget" yet external hires make $4/hr more then people within the company 8 years. The new staff are burned out within a month after training, if they make it. This isn't the case among every dept, I'm sure some are better. Short staff and long wait for approval.
