      The pay is decent. The location is nice. The Building is clean. Hiring process is fast. The food trucks are good.

      Cons

      Mangers are very unprofessional, they do not reply to time sensitive emails, they give no clear direction when asked. Allina as a company does not care about their patients.

      Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
