      Good pay, great benefits on holidays through the union, get paid double on your birthday through union

      Cons

      Don't feel appreciated by president of company. There's a reason the nurses went on strike for so long.. allina wants money back from the nurses

      They offer a good benefit plan.

      Cons

      Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
