      atleast you know youll never get fired because they'll hire anyone off the street.

      forced OT for the most complex cases for minimal pay. company does not care about employees only making money off of sick patients

      They offer a good benefit plan.

      Cons

      Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
