      very flexible and accommodating, people are generally nice, good health benefits

      Cons

      management is old (literally), lacks fresh ideas and openness to change, what little change does occur takes forever (years) to implement, not very diverse

      Benefits, separate PTO and sick time. Union. Life insurance. 401k (small match). Great coworkers, high quality care. Good management. Excellent upper management.

      Usual workplace politics and conflict. People are usually willing to listen and work through issues.
