      Stable employment in large company, pretty good benefits, additional resources available to employee.

      Cons

      ANW neighborhood, parking ramp is horrible and expensive. Staff shortages resulting in difficult work environments, very busy stressing employees to cut corners in quality and miss breaks, lunches.
