Mgmt constantly breathing down your necks, can't get time off even when you have it, people calling in sick all the time since they can't get time off. SHORT STAFF and ridiculous turn over! Furloughed some people for months, others never got a single day off. Dec "bonus" was free health insurance for a month. People that didn't have Allina insurance got NOTHING. NO support working through covid - mgmt never did a single thing to help with the stress of it.
