      Pros

      It's very egalitarian. During training the CEO came in to talk to us briefly before a board meeting. They value everyone and will do their best to make sure you grow and are challenged.

      Cons

      I have been employed there for awhile and I really don't have any complains as of yet. Allina Health is a good company to work for.

      Benefits, separate PTO and sick time. Union. Life insurance. 401k (small match). Great coworkers, high quality care. Good management. Excellent upper management.

      Cons

      Usual workplace politics and conflict. People are usually willing to listen and work through issues.
