      Closer to home, nurses were extremely friendly

      Cons

      Roles in job description completely different than in job itself. Coworker made it rough to work there. Mentality of office was to get rid of oncologist that I was hired to support. Was not a diverse, inclusive, or a place that valued other cultures besides caucasian. Allina is great but would not recommend Buffalo Hospital at all.

      They offer a good benefit plan.

      Cons

      Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
