Pros
Usually there's overtime available, but only because we're terribly short-staffed.
Cons
Used Covid as an excuse to take away many things, including raises, tuition reimbursement, and 401k matching for non-union positions. Management has attempted to pit staff against each other, resulting in many leaving. Position has been down-graded in what appears to be an attempt to save money, but will ultimately be less safe for patients.
