      Pay is good. Coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Upper management is more concerned with spreadsheets and the optics of their actions versus truly empowering their employees. They set impossible goals for the department managers and are then baffled as to why there's so much turnover in management.

      Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
