- co workers was awesome - great health insurance plan with hsa for people who barely go to the dr (save a lot of money thank to this plan) - excellent IT department

- management need work - the attendance policy in the call center was ridiculous, like extremely ridiculous - the attendance policy show the workers that leadership do not care about their menthal health, family, and life ( You get 8 point in 1 years, if you are late for any reasons, you get knock off 1 point and if you get 8 point in 1 year, you are screw. They don't care if your love one is in the hospital, your children is sick or you get into a car accident, YOU are still getting the -1 point that day. You can show proof all you want, they don't care, you are getting that -1 point.)
