Talking to Patients to help make appointments, send messages etc
Cons
Way too Micro managed, Sitting for too long periods of time, being timed when using the bathroom, Not being able to get the help when needed, management or leads do not respond to you while you have a problem and have a patient on the phone. They document everything you do. A TON of turnover. you will get yelled at if you are working on after call work for too long. Have to wear a mask, although you are at a cubicle and not around any people. They will ask people to skip lunch to stay on the phones and have you eat at your desk
