Pros
Great coworkers, work variety, and some advancement opportunities make this an enjoyable place to work. The relationship with other departments (Nursing, Pharmacy, etc) is refreshingly positive.
Cons
No investment planning in equipment that had known depreciation schedules for years is causing problems now. The upper management pretends to care with their words but act without getting feedback from people on the ground and make poor choices that erode moral. Once known for having a positive culture that outweighed lower pay, but that reputation is slipping.
