      Coworkers that are like family. Rural setting.

      Cons

      Too many bosses who fight eachother on bad decisions they make anyways. The call center is horrible for patients, even to make a simple appt.

      Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
