Great mission to help community focus on health and well being. Strong organizational drive to volunteer in the community.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity to move up. Cronyism in play.not receptive to new ideas. "We have always done it this way" Is the answer to why dont we change or improveiour processes.

They offer a good benefit plan.

Cons

Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
