-Communication is extremely poor, even throughout onboarding -Culture is bad with most colleagues treating you as if you were invisible -Management pretends to care about issues -Management has favorites who can do no wrong which creates an extremely toxic work environment -The union's seniority rules make it hard for newer employees to request time off and newer employees will be chosen for mandatory overnight shifts with little warning if help is needed -New employees are pressured to take on numerous roles while veteran employees are not which creates overwhelming workloads and bad work/life balance
