      The co-workers were the best part.

      Cons

      When starting position, no direction on training. Very disorganized and now HR is located system wide, so even worse. Micromanagement and talking out of both sides of their mouths. I sat next to director of HR and very unprofessional at times (gossip).

      They offer a good benefit plan.

      Cons

      Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
