The worst company to work for - Physician Allina Health Employee Review

Disorganized management. Poor leadership across all levels. Promotions are based on favoritism not competency. Teams are very dysfunctional. No training or focus on human capital development. High attrition rates across the company from physicians to other staff. Management does not care about retention just money and they make it very clear. Poor quality customer service and patient care. I would not trust using them for any health service
