Pros

Nice people. Ability to work from home in certain jobs.

Cons

Large corporate. Raises even with exceeds are very small. Must use PTO for sick days and holidays. Not much accountability for employees who don't know what they are doing.

They offer a good benefit plan.

Cons

Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
