      Pros

      The training is very thorough, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hospital isn’t too big so you learn quick where everything is.

      Cons

      They go by seniority so even if you’re a nursing assistant on a specialty floor (I.e ICU or MBC) they will still choose a senior aide with no specialty training over you when it comes to pick up shifts.

      They offer a good benefit plan.

      Cons

      Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
