      Lots of opportunities to pick up hours - 4 hours, 8 hours, etc., nurses are nice

      Cons

      Very understaffed, will be given more patients than there are aids, heavy patients - during my time many employees have hurt their back and shoulders, unethical - talks badly about former employees to new employers and questions you when you call in sick, profit over patients is there motto

      Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
