      Some nice coworkers. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Often told XYZ was going to happen with no follow through or holding to their word. A good deal of "this is the way we've always done it" mentality instead of striving to learn, grow and move forward.

      Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
