The staff and management are good to excellent. Staff at most locations are good as well.

Cons

You are at a large company that does not seem to have a full understanding of pharmacy. IT support is very bad.

They offer a good benefit plan.

Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
