      +Great work life balance +Team and manager that make it an engaging workplace +Remote work and decent PTO +Good mission, values, and getting to see the good that our system provides to the community

      -Benefits slowly getting worse while costs rising, compensation increases are paltry -Lack of ownership and accountability in many areas -Questionable financial and operational decisions by upper leadership -A lot of red tape and blockers making it difficult to do core job duties and grow professionally
