Pros
A few takeaways from an engineer's perspective: Very strong engineering team, with alumni from companies like Facebook, Yelp, Stack Overflow, Pinterest, Nokia, Twitter. Great culture of shipping fast, focusing on the MVP, and keeping technical debt in check. It's a challenging balance but engineers are empowered to do the right thing. Open culture - all employees can jump into sales and customer calls, know the contracts, contract sizes, etc. Very competitive pay (I work in the Berlin office). Flexible holidays, normal working hours, unlike many other startups of the same size. Many people across the sites have families. A huge motivational factor is the sales team, which has been very successful in the past year!
Cons
There's a few people who are wearing too many hats, which slows some things down. Understaffing is definitely an issue.
