Pros

It was great for me when I was first hired. It provided flexible hours that I needed. It still provides flexibility but my hours at my skill was drastically lower than I needed. I had to retire my position there due to this. I would recommend if you need flexibility ,ability to choose your own hours. If you need more than 5-10 hrs. a week do not choose the HALO project if offered .The hours are at times non existent . If you do get hours they are on average 5 per week or less. Over all it is a good company that will pay you for your work ,on time .

Cons

Some projects do not have hours ,but some have great hours .Ask questions in the employee forum to get clues on which projects are having good hours vs no hours.

Pros

Remote/work from home makes it easy.

Cons

Bait and switch tactics from training to onboarding to on calls. Your trainer will promise you one thing, and when you're on calls, your manager will bring you back to reality. They use AI transcription software to QA calls and if you mumble something that might be off-color between calls and they catch it, you're gone. Also, my manager would not cater his advice to me when I was a new agent. It's a slog, and if you're a single parent, they will take advantage of you.
