The product-market fit is exceptional; the offering is highly differentiated especially given the current AI landscape. You’ll work with a collaborative, dynamic team and a management layer that actively advocates for your growth and celebrates your wins. Unlimited PTO and decent benefits.

Cons

As the organization scales, navigating internal politics has become a necessary part of the job. Management’s view of the "boots on the ground" experience seems decoupled from the actual workload, leading to some burnout. The current incentive and compensation structures often feel misaligned with the actual KPIs required for success.

Pros

Strong Tech with Lots of funding, new NYC offices. decent people and training,

Cons

serious growing pains. Territories have shrunk, qouta has gone up, SDRs cant book meetings, seasoned AEs are cold calling like junior reps. comp landscape has become very murky and proprietary tech is limited Terrible VP overseeing NYC financial services team. no strategy other than call more and sell more. allowed tenured reps to call their own territories leaving garbage for the rest.
