- Coaching quality varies significantly by manager. - Heavy focus on metrics can sometimes come at the expense of employee development. - Organizational decisions can feel opaque, with limited communication around the rationale. - Expectations can change quickly, making it difficult to know what success consistently looks like. - Performance management can sometimes feel reactive rather than developmental.

Pros

Strong Tech with Lots of funding, new NYC offices. decent people and training,

Cons

serious growing pains. Territories have shrunk, qouta has gone up, SDRs cant book meetings, seasoned AEs are cold calling like junior reps. comp landscape has become very murky and proprietary tech is limited Terrible VP overseeing NYC financial services team. no strategy other than call more and sell more. allowed tenured reps to call their own territories leaving garbage for the rest.
