Thank you for leaving a review as I'm always looking at ways to improve our employee experience. You're right, the work here can be quite demanding and new joiners climb a steep learning curve with repetition leading the expertise we need to service our clients. We mean it when we say this is a high-performance, high-support environment so I'm glad to hear you feel our compensation model reflects your hard work. I'd be glad to sit and hear more about your experience and feedback and you're welcome to take advantage of my open office hours in the coming weeks to do so.

Pros

Strong culture, great opportunity right out of college, was able to take on a management role early in my career which was a unique and rewarding experience

Cons

Not for those who don't do well with client service and/or roles where performance and pay are highly metric based

Pros

Rapid Progression & Recognition: Performance is directly rewarded here. If you hit your goals and show drive, the path to promotion and career growth is transparent and fast. Strong Team Culture: The team energy is fantastic. Everyone is highly collaborative, supportive, and commercially minded, which makes for a great working environment. High Autonomy: From day one, you are given real ownership over your projects (like leading recruitment events, managing candidates, and driving partnerships), allowing you to grow your commercial skills rapidly.

Cons

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.
