      Great place to work . Will work with you if you need time off for family things . Two weeks vacation when you first start . Pay is good

      Cons

      You have to wait 6 years to get your third week off of paid vacation . Some supervisor are harder to work with them others .

      Pros

      Not much that stood out positively during my experience.

      Cons

      In my experience, training and advancement opportunities felt inconsistent and sometimes influenced by internal relationships rather than performance. I also felt that workload expectations were not always applied fairly. After many years with the company, I was ultimately terminated in a situation I personally felt was unfair.
