      - Friendly - a good experience for those with little to no experience working with floor associates.

      Occasionally have to get up early and not very flexible on hours depending on your manager.

      Pros

      Not much that stood out positively during my experience.

      Cons

      In my experience, training and advancement opportunities felt inconsistent and sometimes influenced by internal relationships rather than performance. I also felt that workload expectations were not always applied fairly. After many years with the company, I was ultimately terminated in a situation I personally felt was unfair.
