      Pros

      Good pay, benefits and fellow associates. Altec is a very good place to work. LOTS of overtime. A normal work week is 45-50 hours and as much OT as you want.

      Cons

      LOTS of overtime. A lot of people got burnt out because of the mandatory OT, myself included. It can be a benefit if you like a lot of OT.

      Pros

      Company culture is good. Benefits are pretty good. Engineers that work there are all good people. And people outside your department are willing to help out when needed. Company is constantly growing in a market that doesn't have any decline in growth anytime soon, so job security is great.

      Cons

      Benefits are getting better but still not great. Working in an operations related role can be stressful, but it helps that the team is overall good to work with.
