Good ol boy club. Non stop "gay" jokes, the few females we're constantly talked about with sexual innuendos, mostly by the higher ups as well as by the "in crowd". It's also very cliquey and only those seem to make advancements. Also, very racist place. Constantly talking down to workers and treating them as a dime a dozen. Firing and intimidation and man hours are how they solve problems. They also ship out unfinished trucks to get returned as "warranty" work so management can meet their deadline goals and get 10-15k Xmas bonuses while workers just get a limp, soft handshake and a ham. (The hams are very good hams..I don't want to demean the hogs sacrificed) .. they hire anyone with a degree and then tell someone how to do their job better while never having done it themselves. (Typical I know). Alledged private hotline to report grievances to but they have phone company trace the numbers that call. Very back stabby place. They offer .50/hr to several people in different departments to spy on co workers.
