      Pros

      Pay is decent. Lots of opportunities to go on company paid “vacations.” They like to call these “continuous improvements” or “RCIs” but they are no more than a drunk fest and a free party.

      Cons

      Company is managed by people that stayed around the longest and not by those that are the best managers. It’s the “next man up” mentality. A lot of unethical behavior throughout. The company is really only one lawsuit away from serious issues. It’s just a matter of time. For every liquor fueled “RCI” that you allow wasted funds is one more opportunity for you to hire decent folks to make good products for you!

      Pros

      Not much that stood out positively during my experience.

      Cons

      In my experience, training and advancement opportunities felt inconsistent and sometimes influenced by internal relationships rather than performance. I also felt that workload expectations were not always applied fairly. After many years with the company, I was ultimately terminated in a situation I personally felt was unfair.
