Pros
The family that owns Altec truly cares about the employees that work for them. The company has a list of values and people here really do try to include those values in decision making and in every day work. I feel valued and I feel like my opinions and work are respected. Altec also does a great job of encouraging women to step up into leadership positions and provides tons of training to all associates.
Cons
The processes can be pretty complex and can differ between plant locations. There is a lot of information that people just know, but isn't fully documented. The learning curve is steep.
