Pros
-great environment to work -good pay -good overtime opportunity -enjoyable work
Cons
-pay is not scaled to type of work/ work area, but scaled to seniority. There is absolutley no incentive for individuals to want to learn more and grow their knowledge because if they keep doing the bare minimum, their pay will stay the same. -im digging through schematics, troubleshooting, repairing units (most of the time units that engineers spent days trying to figure out, i figure out the issue in minutes) and still get paid the same or less as the guys in my same area that do simple work everyday. -ive been denied leadership roles because they needed me to stay in the area and fix issues and train, but offered no payment for it. So essentially, I work too hard and know too much to ever move up in the company. -I am still on an off shift after 3 years
