      -Company culture & values. -Majority of co-workers are great people & easy to work with. -Good benefits package (401k, Insurance).

      Cons

      -A lot of "administrative work" and screen time, can be very monotonous. -Most (95%) functions of job could be done from home, but you are required to work in office. -Career opportunities are limited unless you are willing to relocate. -Pay is low for the amount of responsibility & workload.

      Pros

      Not much that stood out positively during my experience.

      Cons

      In my experience, training and advancement opportunities felt inconsistent and sometimes influenced by internal relationships rather than performance. I also felt that workload expectations were not always applied fairly. After many years with the company, I was ultimately terminated in a situation I personally felt was unfair.
