      Great bunch of people, everyone is focused on being successful. Great training programs that constantly are updated. Great employee benefits and incentive programs.

      Cons

      Attendance policy is really unfair and among the strictest I've ever seen in any company I've worked for. Pay scale is somewhat on the low end

      Pros

      Not much that stood out positively during my experience.

      Cons

      In my experience, training and advancement opportunities felt inconsistent and sometimes influenced by internal relationships rather than performance. I also felt that workload expectations were not always applied fairly. After many years with the company, I was ultimately terminated in a situation I personally felt was unfair.
