      Free food every so often.

      Cons

      Overworked, people are lazy, and management are all buddy buddy and do not actually care about employees. Are about the snowflake population and encourage people feelings and back them when they complain about others. Engineers are kept on even if they are worthless and can not be trusted with work.

      Pros

      Not much that stood out positively during my experience.

      Cons

      In my experience, training and advancement opportunities felt inconsistent and sometimes influenced by internal relationships rather than performance. I also felt that workload expectations were not always applied fairly. After many years with the company, I was ultimately terminated in a situation I personally felt was unfair.
