      Pros

      Able to see the day-to-day of business professionals. Super down-to-earth employees. They do a great job of showing the culture. A lot of free food. And the CEO took time to meet all of the interns for lunch. I have never seen that before.

      Cons

      Must attend meetings every week. Most were very engaging but some were not. This would be a little inconvenient if you were working on a project with a deadline. Otherwise, great environment!

      Pros

      Company culture is good. Benefits are pretty good. Engineers that work there are all good people. And people outside your department are willing to help out when needed. Company is constantly growing in a market that doesn't have any decline in growth anytime soon, so job security is great.

      Cons

      Benefits are getting better but still not great. Working in an operations related role can be stressful, but it helps that the team is overall good to work with.
