You can always ask to help on different assignments and you will be assisted along the way + You will most likely have to get your hands dirty and understand how to use basic tools, all the way to attaching hoses and welding. This is a very important skill for engineers but surprisingly not everyone knows this + You matter to them, as a coop. Altec wants to have loyal coops and currently has many engineers who were offered their jobs after a coop rotation or two, even more.
